Key Responsibilities
Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing team of account
managers

Develop and implement effective processes and playbooks to drive
revenue retention and expansion
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience managing a team of Account Executives in a
competitive Mid Market or Enterprise environment
Proven ability to identify opportunities and manage sales
initiatives
Strong analytical skills with experience using data for
decision-making
Track record of building successful cross-functional
partnerships
Experience thriving in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment
