Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead high-performing sourcing teams while managing
talent and career development
Execute vertical sourcing strategies aligned with client objectives
and maintain supplier performance
Identify risks and opportunities while ensuring compliance and
achieving financial results
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required; MBA preferred
15-20 years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement
Proven track record in leading successful teams
Experience in a matrix client organization
Strong understanding of the real estate industry and competitive
landscape
