Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Partner Success Managers to ensure
partner health and satisfaction
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with partners to
drive their success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for partner
needs and influence product development
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in a SaaS benefits or
insurance-related partner-facing role
2+ years of management experience with a focus on team development
and performance improvement
Deep expertise in partner success or relationship management best
practices
Ability to rapidly learn and master complex products
Exceptional prioritization and time management skills in a
fast-paced environment
