  • Job Details
  • The Registered Nurse provides and coordinates patient care through assessment, evaluation and treatment with a primary goal of achieving wellness and recovery.
  • Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of all aspects of care for patients within scope of practice.
  • Provides education to patients according to their needs.
  • Transcribes, utilizes and implements protocols and physician orders.
  • Coordinates healthcare team and delegates appropriate tasks to ancillary personnel.
    • Job Requirements
    • Graduation of an accredited school of nursing required.
    • Must have a current, valid RN license from the State of Wyoming and must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
    • Previous experience in a hospital preferred.
      • Unit Specific Information
      • Nurses who work in Labor and Delivery must complete the Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring class within the first year after completion of orientation.
      • Labor nurses must also complete the Advanced Electronic Fetal Monitoring Class within three (3) years of completion of labor orientation.
