Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Support Engineer,
CPI/Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 3 support for incident management, problem
management, and service requests related to SAP CPI and Payroll
Analyze production issues, coordinate with clients for testing, and
document root cause analyses for continuous improvement
Gather and analyze business requirements for enhancements and
projects, including system maintenance and configuration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or
equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in US Payroll and CPI
Experience with SAP CPI modules and integration solutions
Knowledge of SAP Payroll processes, including configuration and
monitoring
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
