Job Description:
A company is looking for a Growth Engineering Manager to lead a
team focused on product adoption and user engagement through
data-driven engineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Credit teams to define and
execute growth objectives
Design and build systems to optimize user acquisition, retention,
and activation
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of high
performance and accountability
Required Qualifications
7+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in an
engineering management role
Proven track record of leading growth-focused engineering teams in
a scaling startup or high-growth company
Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making, A/B testing,
and experimentation frameworks
Ability to balance hands-on engineering work with strategic
leadership
Strong bias for action and ability to organize cross-functional
resources effectively
