Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Fulfillment &
Distribution to optimize global fulfillment and distribution
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead third-party fulfillment operations to ensure timely and
accurate order shipments
Drive optimization of fulfillment processes and implement
continuous improvement initiatives
Manage relationships with logistics providers, ensuring performance
meets company standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Supply Chain
Management or related field preferred
Minimum of 12 years of leadership experience in distribution,
fulfillment, and logistics operations
Extensive experience managing third-party logistics providers and
strategic partnerships
Demonstrated success in high-volume fulfillment environments,
particularly with perishable goods
Proficient in business software suites, including ERP, WMS, and TMS
systems
