Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team driving data engineering projects, ensuring
high-quality data generation and processing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize
impactful data initiatives and ensure seamless data integration
Mentor and develop engineers while fostering an inclusive and
high-performing team culture
Required Qualifications:
9+ years of industry experience, focusing on data engineering and
analytics engineering
4+ years of experience managing and leading data engineering
teams
Proficiency in data processing technologies (batch and streaming),
SQL, and ETL schedulers
Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-team data engineering
projects
Strong technical and strategic vision with the ability to translate
objectives into actionable plans
