Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Customer Success Manager to
engage, retain, enable, and grow top-tier customers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary advocate for customers, guiding them through the
simulation software journey
Build strategic relationships and ensure smooth renewals through
proactive engagement
Maintain updated customer profiles and manage renewal opportunities
within Salesforce
Required Qualifications
BS in Business Management, Strategy, Economics, Communications,
Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
4+ years of experience in management consulting, technical account
management, or enterprise software sales
Consistent record of achieving targets and goals, preferably in a
sales setting
Proven capability in organizing executive-level discussions
Significant customer-facing experience with enterprise-type
customers
