Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sourcing to oversee
the sourcing, procurement, and distribution of raw ingredients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop procurement programs and vendor selection frameworks
Establish knowledge of the food supply chain for predictive pricing
and contract management
Build relationships with farmers and distributors focused on
sustainable practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in food supply chain or operations
Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
Experience in relationship development and deal negotiation
Strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously
Passion for sustainable food systems and making a positive
impact
