Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Designer with a focus on
Service Design.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee complex engagements, integrating service design
practices into project management
Act as the primary client contact for service design, ensuring
alignment between client needs and goals
Implement mixed-method discovery approaches to uncover insights and
inform service design strategy
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in service design leadership with a track record
of impactful customer experiences
Strong research proficiency in both undefined and clearly defined
problem spaces
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple high-profile
projects
Empowering leadership qualities with effective collaboration
skills
Experience in a client services organization is preferred but not
required
