A company is looking for an Athlete Engagement Insights
Strategist (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver customer service insights and opportunities through
storytelling
Design and implement customer experience strategies based on
Athlete Engagement feedback
Lead and manage a team of customer experience strategists to drive
positive business strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
5-7 years of experience in Customer Experience, Strategy, or Market
Research
Proficiency in Medallia and CRM systems
Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research
methodologies
Experience with SQL and Level AI is a plus
