Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define
job descriptions
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing,
screening, and interviewing candidates
Promote the employer brand to attract diverse and top-tier
candidates
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment focused on GTM
teams and/or technical roles
2-3 years of experience in the cybersecurity field is preferred
Proficiency in using recruiting platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
and Greenhouse
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Ability to assess both technical and non-technical talent for role
fit
