POSITION SUMMARY:
The Employee Housing Specialist will follow all Winter Park
policies and procedures, all applicable laws (federal, state, and
local), and all health and sanitation codes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exhibits initiative, responsibility, and accountability.
- Be a strong team play within Employee Housing and HR
departments.
- Reviewing/auditing WP Employee Housing email inbox and respond
to all emails in a timely manner.
- Assist employees/residents that walk into the Housing office.
Record all questions and/or concerns, maintenance needs, and
communicate these to the respective team member.
- Answer and assist all questions or requests to the main
Employee Housing phone line, including calls from the front door
intercom.
- Assist in processing mail for Parcel Pending system.
- Assist w/ creating letter templates and auditing for seasonal
changes.
- Process and update employee housing applications, track
applicant security fees and license fee payments, and update
property managers/resident advisors or HOA's with residents'
information.
- Audit housing allocations and/or relocations with direction
from the Employee Housing Manager(s). Communicate allocations with
coordinator, hiring managers, and applicants.
- Prepare legal housing documents, have residents sign
electronically, and confirm. Ensure all residents have a current
license agreement.
- Pull reports for scheduled move ins, occupancy, manager
assistance, etc.
- Meet with new employees/residents, complete housing move-in
process and communicate the rules and polices of employee
housing.
- Update data on master resident lists and Rent Manager system,
ensuring information is accurate and current at all times.
- Provide any updates for other department managers as
needed.
- Assist with communication between maintenance team(s) and
employees/residents.
- Process move-outs by coordinating move-out inspections,
completing security fee reconciliation form, reviewing security fee
returns in accordance with resort financial and accounting policies
and procedures for processing (inc. review move out inspection,
owed/credited balances, returned key(s), process returns in RTP
system, communicate with employee/resident about return process,
etc.).
- Assist the manager w/ entering/reviewing inspections in Rent
Manager/Outlook. Coordinate inspections with maintenance personnel
and resident advisors.
- Assisting managers with incentive programs for
employees/residents.
- Prorate and review bi-weekly license fee payroll deductions.
Review any differences between submitted and actual license
deductions pulled, communicate remaining license fee balances to
residents, and collect delinquent payments.
- Assist manager with reviewing payroll deductions for
collection, ability to communicate any questions/concerns provided
by employees/residents and collect any owed balances.
- Assist the manager in gathering materials and data for business
planning (e.g. monthly occupancy analysis).
- Maintaining a clean work environment.
- Professional in the housing office located within one of the
housing residential properties.
- Is an active and supportive member of the Human Resources team.
- Participates in events and functions hosted by HR, creates a
positive and creative atmosphere in the Employment office.

- Other duties assigned by housing managers(s).
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- College degree preferred
Experience:
- 3+ years of work experience in administration or Human
Resources
- Knowledge of property management/housing functions desired
- 3+ years of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word,
and Power Point.
- Financial Experience (preferred)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Extreme attention to detail is required
- Financial understanding
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize in a busy office
environment
- Must be proficient with Microsoft office products
- Fast learner of computer software programs
- Strong organizational skills
- Spanish or other foreign language skills a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to be productive and positive in a strong team
environment
- Comfortable working alone and in a team environment

Physical Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to

Office Environment:
- Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum

- Auditory and visual acuity to operate computers, phones, mobile
devices, and basic office equipment on a constant basis.
- Ability to work for extended periods of time sitting, bending,
reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.
- Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking,
kneeling, pushing, and pulling on an occasional basis.
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of
communicating with guests, managers, and other employees.
WAGE:
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of
Winter Park Resorts hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay
will vary and may be above or below the range based on various
factors including but not limited to experience, education,
training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of
production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel.
The range listed is just one component of Winter Park Resorts total
compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many
region-specific benefits.
Hourly Pay Range: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED:
This position description is an overview of the scope of
responsibilities for the role described above. With the evolution
of Winter Park Resort, the responsibilities of this position may
change as may the dates associated with many of the tasks. During
