Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Financial Coordinator to
assist patients with healthcare coverage and insurance
optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist individuals with applications for health insurance programs
and facilitate computer-based enrollment
Maintain expertise in eligibility and enrollment, providing
accurate information to consumers
Complete prior authorizations and referrals while ensuring privacy
and compliance with federal regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, education, or
related fields
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Computer skills, including familiarity with Google, Mac, and
Zoom
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work respectfully with a
diverse population
