Job Description:
A company is looking for a Site Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring projects
progress as planned
Lead and manage site personnel, including recruitment, training,
and performance evaluation
Conduct research projects and implement new technologies to improve
operations
Required Qualifications
10+ years with a BA/BS or 5+ years with a MA/MS, or 14+ years with
an AA/No Degree
Experience in operations oversight for a staffed site
Experience in managing timelines and coordinating tasks
Experience in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
Secret clearance required
