Job Description:
A company is looking for a User Experience Coordinator to
provide operational support across design, content, and research
for the UX team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage UX research recruiting, including participant scheduling and
communication
Build and manage surveys and unmoderated tests with internal
stakeholders
Analyze processes across content, design, and research to identify
improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in user research coordination, project
management, or related roles
Strong project management skills with the ability to execute
project plans
Experience managing contractor budgets and timely invoice
submissions
Proficiency in working with technology and learning new tools
Experience with Content Management Systems is a plus
