Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist to manage vendor
and customer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual
obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a structured system for tracking contract lifecycles and
ensure timely renewals
Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to support
contract needs and maintain communication
Manage accurate documentation of contracts and create mechanisms to
track Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent
required
2 years of experience in the Healthcare industry, preferably in PBM
or pharmacy
Experience in Contract Management
Prior experience working with vendors and maintaining effective
relationships
Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects
