Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Client Services.
Key Responsibilities
Build systems to ensure long-term client engagement
Collaborate with the COO and VP of Operations to implement the
client services vision
Oversee retention, growth, and expansion metrics for the client
portfolio
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in client services at firms generating over
$20 million in revenue
Proven ability to foster personal relationships with clients,
particularly CMOs
Strong understanding of performance marketing across various
products
Experience in upselling and cross-selling within existing
accounts
Accountability for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
