Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor - Ops Claims Department to
support the Claims Department under the FSA Department of Education
portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Assign day-to-day work items and monitor employee performance for
compliance with established protocols
Lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports while ensuring
timely and accurate completion of work
Research and respond to escalated inquiries and produce
weekly/monthly reports for staff presentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of relevant
professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and
experience
FSA Department of Education experience preferred
Must reside in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen
Ability to pass a criminal background check and not be delinquent
or in default on any federal student loans
Employment contingent upon obtaining and maintaining a favorable
clearance from the Department of Education
