Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate-Bilingual
to assist customers in a claims contact center.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound telephone inquiries and assist customers in
filing insurance claims
Explain the claims process and provide status updates on existing
claims
Document all customer interactions accurately in the claim file
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Fluency in English and Spanish
Customer service experience preferred
Insurance Adjusters License in applicable states
Ability to operate a computer for extended periods
