Our Engineers provide technical direction and design to software
agile development teams, and other Engineering personnel. They
perform technical analyses and define how the system works creating
use cases, defining system interfaces. In this role, you will
provide engineering support and technical direction for the
implementation of a portion of the program's systems engineering
program. To succeed in this role, you must have software
development lifecycle experience using the Agile methodology,
experience with Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) and/or RF domain
experience, experience with digital communications and be familiar
with Algorithm development. Provide support in a software
development systems engineering role using Agile methodology
Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology,
Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of
prior relevant experience.
-"S. government issued security clearance is required prior to
start date. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience in SIGINT and/or Digital communications
- Experience with Agile development as it applies to software
development
Experience in Systems Engineering leadership
Systems Engineering experience on a large government software
development contract
Experience working in an Agile or DevOps development environment,
being part of a highly integrated team working closely with
Software and Integration teams

- This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated
Adjudication Services (DCSA) , an agency of the Department of
Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
