Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to lead its legal
function and provide support across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Structure, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements with
partners and service providers
Provide practical legal advice on regulations, risks, and
compliance related to cryptocurrency and payment services
Advise on corporate governance and a wide range of legal matters
including mergers, acquisitions, and procurement
Required Qualifications:
Singapore-qualified lawyer with 3 to 5 years of legal experience in
a law firm or in-house role
Experience in corporate and commercial matters, especially within a
growth-stage technology startup
Familiarity with cryptocurrency and DeFi concepts
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, remote
environment
