Required Qualifications
5-7 years of software development experience or relevant
transferable skills
Proficiency with modern development technologies for front-end and
back-end systems
Experience as a technical leader with a broader impact beyond the
immediate team
Familiarity with Fintech or mortgage experience, or software
development in regulated industries
Passion for setting standards for testing, code quality, and
maintainability
