Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist (Remote) to manage
payroll processes for its Spanish workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely execution of monthly payroll cycles and
off-cycle payments
Manage payroll processes in compliance with Spanish social security
regulations and tax obligations
Process new hires, terminations, and employee changes in the
payroll system and social security database
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations,
or a related field
2-5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration
with expertise in Spanish labor law
Advanced knowledge of SAGE Payroll software is required
Experience with Factorial HR software and Compensation & Benefits
processes is a plus
Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills
