Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive compensation initiatives to attract and retain top
talent
Lead firm-wide executive compensation projects and provide
recommendations to leadership
Conduct annual benchmark studies to evaluate and recommend salary
structure increases
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
11-14 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in
executive compensation
Strong understanding of Compensation Philosophy and practices
Advanced business acumen in the financial services industry
CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification
preferred
