*Job Title: *Paramedic*Job Location: *Laramie, WY*Contract: *13 Weeks (Extension Available)*Shift:* 12 Hours (Varied)*Pay Rate*: $40-$45/Hour*#tech2024**Overview*We are seeking a dedicated Paramedic to join our team at a Level II Trauma Center. The ideal candidate should possess strong medical knowledge and be able to provide critical care transport in emergency situations.*Duties** Provide emergency medical care to patients in various settings* Perform triage to assess patient conditions and prioritize treatment* Utilize basic life support techniques and advanced medical equipment for patient stabilization* Conduct critical care transport between facilities* Manage airways and administer appropriate medications* Coordinate with hospital staff for seamless patient handoffs*Skills** Proficient in anatomy and physiology knowledge* Strong drive and ability to work efficiently under pressure* Experience in airway management and utilizing Durable Medical Equipment (DME)* Familiarity with working in a Level II Trauma Center environment* Ability to perform triage effectively and make quick decisionsJob Type: ContractPay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 36 per weekBenefits:* Referral programSchedule:* 12 hour shift* Day shift* Evening shift* Holidays* Night shift* On call* OvertimeLicense/Certification:* BLS Certification (Preferred)Shift availability:* Day Shift (Preferred)* Night Shift (Preferred)* Overnight Shift (Preferred)Willingness to travel:* 100% (Preferred)Work Location: On the roadby Jobble
