    • Experience in a mom/baby unit
    • BSN Preferred
    • Flexibility with their schedule
    • Ability to adapt quickly to new situations

      • Night Shift - 1 charge, 9-10 RNs on the floor, 2-3 RNs in the nursery
      • Day Shift -1 charge, 2-3 CNAs, 9-10 RNs on the floor, 3-4 RNs in the nursery
