LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a
travel nursing job in Laramie, Wyoming.Job Description &
Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in Labor, Delivery,
Recovery, and Postpartum settings.
Assist with C-sections, high-risk deliveries, and fetal monitoring
while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Administer medications, manage IVs, and monitor maternal and fetal
conditions.
Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth
process.
Document patient care accurately using EPIC and follow hospital
policies and protocols.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Labor and Delivery.
Licensure: Active RN license in Wyoming or Compact State
License
Certifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - Required if performing
circulating/recovery for C-sections
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - Required if caring for
pediatric patients
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - Required for the Family Care
Unit
Electronic Fetal Monitoring: Intermediate required within the first
year; Advanced required within 3 years
