Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice. As a LPN, you will provide nursing care to patients in their homes under the direction of RNs and in compliance with physicians' orders.The ideal candidate will possess a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and the ability to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions. • Visiting patients in their homes and providing nursing care under the direction of RNs and in compliance with physicians' orders.
• Assisting patients with daily living activities and providing education on self-care and disease management.
