Operations (ROPS) to lead revenue cycle operating lanes and
generate revenue for the village.Join the Revenue Operations Team,

ResponsibilitiesLocation: Denver, Irvine, Federal Way, or Malvern.
Near any of those CBOs preferred but, remote will also be
considered. This role is hybrid/remote with some in-office time
required.Travel: Some travel required (10%).Operational Excellence:
- Own the health, growth and business results of a revenue cycle
team supporting collection and relationships with commercial
payors
- Maintain a culture of compliance and ensure adherence to all
compliance requirements
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to
strengthen performance against key performance metrics and process
controls
- Collaborate across the village enterprise to drive results with
key partners
- Anticipate and proactively mitigate business risksStrategic

- Build relationships within the ROPS organization and across
diverse departments

effecting change outside of lane in the interest of bettering the
overall organization
- Synthesize critical analysis through oral and written
communication
- Directly and concisely communicate ideas, insights, risks and
recommendations to executive leaders
- Prepare for and facilitate executive-level presentations across
various stakeholder groupsMinimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience required
- Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated ability to identify and build strategic
capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to motivate others and lead large scale

Range$110,100.00-$161,700.00 / yearCompensation for the role will
depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's
qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall
