• Develop goals and strategies that will guide us through upcoming industry changesDirector of Revenue Cycle ResponsibilitiesLocation: Denver, Irvine, Federal Way, or Malvern. Near any of those CBOs preferred but, remote will also be considered. This role is hybrid/remote with some in-office time required.Travel: Some travel required (10%).Operational Excellence:
  • Own the health, growth and business results of a revenue cycle team supporting collection and relationships with commercial payors
  • Maintain a culture of compliance and ensure adherence to all compliance requirements
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen performance against key performance metrics and process controls
  • Collaborate across the village enterprise to drive results with key partners

        • Build relationships within the ROPS organization and across diverse departments

        • Synthesize critical analysis through oral and written communication
        • Directly and concisely communicate ideas, insights, risks and recommendations to executive leaders
        • Prepare for and facilitate executive-level presentations across various stakeholder groupsMinimum Qualifications:
          • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
          • Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience required
          • Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
          • Demonstrated ability to identify and build strategic capabilities
