centralized data engineering function and drive innovation across
the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Build and shape the centralized data engineering team, defining its
structure and vision
Create scalable data engineering processes and establish standards
for data pipeline development
Drive cross-team collaboration to ensure data engineering supports
decision-making and business value
Required Qualifications
3+ years of management experience in data engineering
6+ years of experience in data engineering with expertise in data
pipelines and ETL processes
Experience building or scaling centralized data engineering
functions
Strong collaborative leadership skills with the ability to work
across cross-functional teams
Timezone flexibility to collaborate with teams across the
organization
