Management & Workforce Performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategies to improve program efficiency and ensure
resource alignment
Manage multiple projects through the full project life cycle,
including planning and execution
Conduct data analysis to identify skill gaps and provide insights
to leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare
Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of project implementation or program management
experience
PMI certification preferred
Experience with Smartsheet and Power BI preferred
Strong presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint
