Key Responsibilities
Drive the vision and roadmap for system integration and data
applications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Lead the development of best practices for operational reporting
and implement quality assurance processes
Build and lead high-performing teams focused on integration and
specialized systems while fostering collaboration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or
related field
8+ years of experience in data engineering, systems integration, or
related technical roles
3+ years of experience managing technical teams and stakeholder
relationships
Proven hands-on technical expertise in Python, SQL, and real-time
streaming solutions
Active experience with integration tools, message brokers, and ETL
platforms
