Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Service
Readiness (New Product Introduction - NPI).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute service readiness plans for new product
launches, including training materials and operational
procedures
Collaborate with product development, engineering, and customer
success teams for seamless transitions from launch to customer
service
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback
post-launch to drive service improvements
Required Qualifications
U.S. citizenship due to the nature of the customers assigned to
this role
6+ years of experience in Program Manager - Service Readiness (New
Product Introduction - NPI) within customer success/support
Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and
technical product features
Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Asana, JIRA, Confluence,
Google Suite, and Excel
